Shipping Methods & Return Policy


Our products are warehoused and shipped from our Fontana, California fulfillment center. Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Unfortunately we do not offer expedited shipping options so please plan your orders accordingly.


All US orders are shipped via Fedex Ground within 24 hours.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all US orders.

Approximate shipping times are as follows:

West Coast 2 - 3 business days
Midwest 2 - 4 business days
South 3 - 5 business days
East Coast 3 - 5 business days


All Canadian orders are shipped via USPS within 24 hours.

For Canadian orders we offer the following flat shipping rates:
$0.00 thru $59.99 - flat rate $10.00
$60.00 and up - flat rate $20.00

The higher shipping charges for Canadian orders is to offset the additional expense of shipping across the border. Expect longer transit times for Canadian orders with most arriving within 7 - 12 business days.


Returns are accepted, at your cost, within 30 days of purchase for any goods that remain unopened and in new condition for a full refund, less the original shipping cost. In order to process a return you must contact us at to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Any returns received without an RMA will not be processed.

In the case of a defect, please return any item to us together with a copy of your proof of purchase. These items will be repaired or replaced free of charge and returned to you.
